My name is Colin Duff. I'm a Social Policy researcher/consultant. I run a company called Clear Plan which specialises in work related to community regeneration, youth issues, substance misuse, voluntary sector development, employability and a few other things besides. I started this blog because I'm always too busy to actually brief and commission someone to get the proper website up and runnning. On this blog I intend to basically keep up an occasional commentary on the things which interest me. The things which interest me mostly amount to the social policy areas suggested above and old records (vinyl, preferably 45rpm). On this forum, however, i'll be keeping the old record talk to a minimim. That should be enough about me to be going on with, I think.
