Fake Condoms Discovery Sparks Safety Concerns

Well this is news! I’ve heard of counterfeit cigarettes, perfumes, DVDs, and the like, but this is the first time I’ve heard of counterfeit condoms. Apparently one of the ways to recognise them is that they are smaller than usual. One presumes you actually have to try it on to know? I think our young people should be warned.
